How far does IBF deliver to?
IBF delivers in Dallas/Forth Worth and several surrounding areas. IBF has a delivery fee, please give us a call for a quote, the delivery fee includes drop off only or delivery and set at your residence, and normally we can deliver the same day or the next day. 

Can I pick up my furniture?
Yes, in most cases you can pick up your furniture the same day or the next. For special factory orders, orders may take up to 2 to 6 weeks for orders to arrive to our warehouse. 

What is your IBF return policy?
All the sales are final.
No cash refunded.
20% re-stocking fee on special orders.

What type of payments does IBF accept?
IBF accept cash, checks and debit cards.
IBF also accept all mayor credit cards adding a 3% fee.

Does IBF have Financing or Lease-To-Own Options available?
Yes, we do offer financing by Synchrony and Lease-To-Own options offered by Progressive Leasing*, Snap Finance, Tempoe and Katapult.

How can I apply? 
The application process is quick and easy. You can apply online for some of the companies, and for others you will have to come in person to our location. 

What do I need to apply? 
For Progressive Leasing
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have valid Social Security Number or ITIN
• Have routing and account numbers for an open and valid checking account 
• Have a credit or debit card
• A photo ID (optional requirement)

For Local Pickup and Delivery
ID Required for local pickup and delivery, Present a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport or ID. The full name on the ID must match the information on the invoice.
