Return Policy

• All sales are final. 

• We will make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction prior to pick up or delivery.

• No cash refunds.

• No cash refunds on layaways.

• A 20% restocking fee applies to special orders.

If a layaway item becomes discontinued before being paid in full, the customer will receive store credit only to reselect a new item.

 

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• Exchanges must be for the same item. Please email us at sales@irvingblvdfurniture.com to initiate an exchange.

• Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Pickup at Store

• Pickup hours: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

• Pickup items usually arrive at the store within 2 to 5 business days.

• Special order items usually arrive within 2 to 5 weeks.

• We will contact you when your items are ready for pickup.

 

Delivery and Assembly

• A delivery fee applies.

• Delivery is limited to the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

• Items must be in stock for next-day delivery.

• Assembly is available for an additional fee.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring furniture fits through doorways, staircases, and into the desired space.

• For security reasons, our delivery staff do not remove their shoes before entering your home. Customers are welcome to provide a cleaning towel for them to use.
